Enigma is pre-launch. There is no product to sign into, no payment to make and no account to create. This page describes exactly what this website collects today, who processes it, and how to have it deleted.
Two forms on this site accept input, and both are optional:
This site uses PostHog for product analytics. It sets a cookie holding a random identifier, and records page views, clicks on calls to action, and technical data such as browser, device and an approximate location derived from your IP address.
Session recording is enabled. PostHog reconstructs how pages were used — scrolling, clicks and navigation. It is intended to show where the site confuses people, not to identify individuals.
The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes connection data, including your IP address, to deliver pages and to protect against abuse.
We do not sell data, we do not run advertising, and we do not share your email with anyone else.
Waitlist emails are kept until launch, and then for as long as you want to hear from us. Ask and they are removed the same working day.
Analytics events and recordings follow PostHog’s retention for our project. If you want the events tied to your visit deleted, write to us and say roughly when you visited — the identifier is random, so a date helps us find it.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be deleted, or object to analytics. Write to the address below; no particular wording is needed and we do not ask for a reason.
You can also stop the analytics side yourself, by using your browser’s do-not-track or blocking us.i.posthog.com. The site works normally without it.
If this changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be described on the page rather than quietly folded in.
